An Anonymous Commenter on David Choe ( You know…the richest artist in the history of world) 

….I never heard of this david choe character till I heard him on stern last week, he came out on the show , like he was shot out of a cannon on speed and coke, which was pretty annoying to listen to at first, but after he calmed down or came down, that had to be one of the most entertaining interviews I’ve ever heard, as a loyal stern listener for over 20 years I’d have to put it up there in the top 10 stern interviews, and to be quite honest, it sounded more like he was interviewing stern , than the other way around, this guy went toe to toe with stern and killed. Obviously my interest was peaked so I looked into him, and then became obsessed , I read every single blog entry he wrote since 2006 (I usually hate blogs but this guy can write and he’s entertaining as fuck) and watched every single episode of his hitchhiking series thumbs up! Back to back over the weekend. So basically this guy is the most interesting man on the planet, he painted horses in Heidi fleiss’ bedroom and painted a portrait of Obama that’s in the whitehouse, he won an award from the guy that invented teenage mutant ninja turtles, and used it to put out (as far as I know) only one comic book, which is 400$ on amazon, he’s slam dancing next to kurt cobain in the smells like teen spirit video, he turned down being the drummer in that horrid band, crazy town, the band that put out that shite song “butterfly”, he danced on stage and plays drums with south African rap/rave group die antwoord, he fucks the hottest porn stars , and power rangers, hitchhikes all across the world, rioted in the la riots and gaza strip, was locked in solitary confinement in japan for beating up an undercover security guard and used his own urine and blood to paint, went to the congo (twice) to go searching for the last living dinosaur (didn’t find it yet), beat the system in vegas and won over a million dollars, has sold millions of dollars worth of art , bedded 10 women in one day, created the reverse whore trap (teach me please!) knew to take stock in facebook before it was anything, and this is just from all the stuff I found on him, how much more stories does this guy have that we don’t know about. I really don’t know what else to say, except I would really like to hang out with you david choe, shake your hand or at least smell your fingers. You’re a true living legend the real life Asian forest gump. I don’t know anything about art, but from looking at yours ,I really like it and you may as well be the best living artist of all time, your sure as hell the highest paid. But the best piece of art you’ve ever created is actually , your life. Way to go mr. choe, my hats off to you. please keep doing your podcast, haven’t laughed that hard since I discovered stern 20 years ago. (but please stop saying “like” so much , I don’t know if that’s an LA thing , but it’s quite annoying)…..
